Valencia’s 2 day indie explosion is back this Friday 24th and Saturday 25th October in Espai Rambleta, and we’re ready and raring to go.
The third edition of Deleste Festival is set to bring such big names as Pony Bravo, Grupo de Expertos Sol y Nieve and Nueva Vulcano. Check out the full line-up and the newly released day split:
Other top names to watch out for are Barcelona alt-rockers Za! who look set to please crowds with their ecclectic mix of energetic, off-beat drumming and electronic injections. Fuckin’ Bollocks, who treated us to a great performance in the BCore Showcase at Primavera Sound earlier this year, bring their garage-rock to the table. Sevillanos Pony Bravo are sure to please the crowds with their guitar driven indie-dance while Me and The Bees, who’ve enjoyed a recent flurry of popular gigs thanks to Barcelona promoter La Castanya, will have us swaying and singing along to their dreamy vocals. And last but certainly not least, Sepia favourites Nueva Vulcano bring their indie-punk-rock back down the coast to Valencia nearly 10 months after their last stop off at La Residencia in December. Just one tiny request – try and squeeze El Ataque onto your setlist, yeah?
Deleste have taken the liberty of preparing a Spotify playlist with hits from all performers at this years festival.
The venue: La Rambleta is a 7-storey arts space incorporating modern instalations such as a 600 person capacity theatre and various rehearsal, performance and exhibition areas. While most of the Deleste gigs take place in the main concert area, the festival also offers the cream of the crop in Spanish electronica and DJs in the Loft room as well as (free!) music and activities orientated towards kids during the morning of Saturday 25th.
And we hear that the sound quality and facilities are very very good…

See you there!
